Please note that all Direct Bookings are subject to the following conditions. Bookings made through Travel Agents are
subject to the condtions of the individual Travel Agent. We strongly advise Travel Insurance due to the nature of Australian

Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit is payable to confirm your booking
Balance Payment: Required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made outside 30 days prior to the start date incur a 50% loss of deposit. There are no refunds
for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date.
Amendment Fee: Depending on room availabilities at the time of a requested amendment, there may be no refund for reduced numbers
or days previously booked
